THE RESURRECTED #4 Cover Reveal!

First ever reveal of the cover for THE RESURRECTED #4! Absolutely in love with Crizam’s and Ama’s manga-esque depiction of Akimi Ozaki, with Nova Lucis looming in the background.

Issue 4 will be released digitally very soon and the art for the fifth and final issue is well under way. A collected print trade will be available early next year.

THE RESURRECTED #2 – Art Process Page

The art for The Resurrected #4 is almost finished so I thought we’d celebrate with an art process from issue two – showing page one from the inks through to the colours/letters. I’m a huge comic process geek so I can’t get enough of this stuff.

I absolutely love this page, really captures the dark mood of the series.

Meet Pem, the mysterious companion of the masked assassin in issue one of THE RESURRECTED (get your copy here – purchase TR #1 )

We won’t reveal much about Pem at this point, except to say that he will play a huge role in issue two. Is he is a friend or foe to the protagonist Cain Duluth? You’ll have to grab a copy to find out!

Michael has worked for IDW, Top Cow, Legendary, Monkeybrain, Spacegoat, Darby Pop, BOOM! and Universal Studios Japan.

Hello friends!

Our Kickstarter campaign for THE RESURRECTED comic book series has officially launched!

The Resurrected #1 on Kickstarter

If you haven’t been following, our series is a story about redemption, the acceptance of our mortality and about how far one Aboriginal-Australian detective would go to save his people from almost certain extinction. On a socio-political level, it is also an exploration of the plight of Australia’s Indigenous peoples.

Christian Carnouche is the writer/creator, art is by Crizam colours Salvatore Aiala letters by Cardinal Rae & edits by Erica Schultz

Ariela Kristantina and Bryan Valenza have also produced a stunning variant cover for issue one, while Michael Montenat has created a stunning print as a reward for the campaign.
